Billing questions
Is it really $10 for everything?
Yes. One plan, $10 a month, every feature included. We do not charge per staff member, and we take no commission on the bookings you receive.
Do I need a credit card to start?
You can create your account and set up your business for free. Payment is only asked for at the end of setup, right before your dashboard opens.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Any time, from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not ask why.
What happens to my bookings if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. You can export your bookings, clients, and services at any point, including before you cancel.
Do my clients pay anything to book?
No. The $10 is what you pay us. Your clients book for free, and anything you charge them goes to your own account.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
